Delivery + Returns
All of our greeting cards & letterbox gifts are sent via Royal Mail First Class for UK delivery, so will arrive with your usual postal delivery.
Ready to dispatch within: 1-3 business days
£ 1.25 delivery for all orders under £7 (e.g single cards)
£ 2.60 delivery for all orders £7-14 (e.g 5 cards)
£ 3.69 delivery cost for all orders over £14 (e.g 10/20 cards/notebooks)
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If there is a problem with your product or it has arrived damaged (these things happen!), we will sort it out straight away! There are real-life humans behind this brand, so if there is an issue then just drop us a line. Send an email to email@example.com
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we will send you the address to send your item(s) back to. Please note, you will have to cover shipping costs for any returns unless the item is faulty.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personalised products. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
